For those who have previously completed their SMSTS course 5 years ago and wish to renew their certificate. You can undertake the Refresher course within 6 months either side of your SMSTS pass date.

The course is designed for delegates so they can fully understand the changes in Health & Safety legislation, particularly in the construction industry, and to be aware of accident trends and prevention techniques. It will also assist in understanding the principles of working at height, the changes in CoSHH and appreciate the need to be aware of stress related problems.

The course will help the delegate to devise and/or use effective communication with the work force and manage the site safety in compliance with existing legislation.
